How can I book a session at Genki Content Studios in Birmingham?

Booking is easy — simply select the amount of time you would like to have at our studio using the booking link on our website. We offer flexible hourly sessions with a minimum 2-hour booking. Please note, all bookings have to be paid for in advance.

You can book Genki Content Studios for as little as 2 hours, making it perfect for batching content, product shoots, podcasts, or social media filming in one focused session.

Can I get help filming my content at Genki Content Studios

Yes — support can be added to your booking if you’d like help filming, setting up shots, or creating engaging content during your session and is available Tuesday- Friday 11am-4pm. Please add a note when making your booking.

If you require further support in creating your content, we also offer 4-hour content shoots `Tuesday - Friday and can be booked either 8am or 12pm on these dates. Please visit out content creation package here

Is there any Parking available?

Yes there is paid public parking by the Custard Factory at NorthYard car park or Digbeth Court car park. Spaces are limited so please plan ahead.

What happens if I need to reschedule my studio booking?

Please see below for our terms and conditions regarding rescheduling and cancellations:

  • 7 or more days’ notice: reschedule once at no charge, or cancel for a full refund.

  • 72 hours to fewer than 7 days’ notice: reschedule once at no charge, or cancel with full refund.

  • 48 hours to fewer than 72 hours’ notice: reschedule with a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the original booking fee, or cancel with 50% refund (half of the booking fee is retained).

  • Fewer than 48 hours’ notice: no reschedule accepted and no refund (the full booking fee is retained).

  • Only one reschedule permitted per Booking; further changes are treated as cancellations based on the original date.

  • No refunds for transport delays, weather, illness, personal circumstances, or other issues outside our control.

  • If Genki cannot fulfil a Booking, we will offer a new time; if none is suitable, a 100% refund is provided. This is the Client’s sole remedy.

  • Breach of Sections 6, 9, or 10 may result in cancellation without refund.
