Studio House Rules at Genki Content Studios
To ensure every client enjoys a smooth, professional and creative experience, we kindly ask all visitors to respect the following house rules during their session at Genki Content Studios.
Our goal is to provide a clean, welcoming and inspiring space for creators, small businesses and brands to enjoy.
Arrival & Booking Times
Please arrive on time for your booking.
Your session includes setup and pack-down time, so please plan accordingly.
Late arrivals may reduce your available studio time.
Please vacate the studio promptly at the end of your session to respect the next booking.
Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling
All bookings must be made online via our website.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to make a booking.
Cancellations are permitted only if requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled session.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Requests made within 72 hours of your session may result in the booking being forfeited.
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Respecting the Studio Space
Please treat the studio, furniture, décor and equipment with care.
Any damages caused during your booking may be chargeable.
Please return furniture and props to their original position before leaving.
Keep the space tidy throughout your session.
Cleanliness
Please remove all personal belongings, rubbish and products before leaving.
Food and drink are welcome, but please be mindful and clean any spillages immediately.
Leave the studio as you found it for the next guest.
Guests & Usage
Only guests included within your booking should attend unless agreed in advance.
The studio must only be used for legal and respectful business, creative and content purposes.
Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour or misuse of the space is not permitted.
Content & Safety
Clients are responsible for operating their own cameras, phones and personal equipment safely.
Please ensure all filming activities are carried out responsibly.
Children must be supervised at all times.
